1. How do I check room availability and pricing?
You can view all available rooms and pricing directly on the site. For specific dates, please email or whatsapp us. Rates may vary by season, stay length, and room amenities.

2. What amenities are included?
Most rooms include Wi‑Fi, basic furnishings (bed, desk, storage), and access to shared facilities like kitchen, laundry, and lounge areas. Some rooms may include TVs, or air conditioning—please check the listing details.

3. What are check‑in and check‑out times?
Standard occupancy is after 3 PM for check‑in and before 11 AM for check‑out. Early arrival or late departures may be possible—just ask in advance.

4. Are utilities and cleaning included?
Utilities like water, and internet are included in the rent, while instead electricity is not, unless otherwise stated. Regular cleaning of shared areas is provided for a fee; you’re responsible for your room.

5. What’s the rental agreement?
We offer flexible agreements—short-term (from three months) and long-term. 

6. Is the neighborhood safe and walkable?
Yes. Our properties are in safe, well-lit areas. Nearby you’ll find public transit, grocery stores, cafés, and parks. Contact us for specifics about walking distances to local attractions.

7. Can I bring a pet, a kid or smoke inside?
Pets, children and smoking are not permitted inside.

8. What if I need to cancel or extend my stay?

Cancellations are not allowed after the agreement and the bond is paid. Any cancellation after this point will result in the loss of your bond. Extensions may be possible depending on availability—please contact us as early as possible to arrange this.
